Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping valid only in the continental United States and applicable to only those items marked as Free Shipping. Everything purchased with a Free Shipping item also ships for free. Free Shipping does not include lift gate service. The driver is responsible only for moving the goods to the end of the truck.

Shipping Policy: We ship using FedEx, USPS or UPS for small packages. All equipment (boilers, space heaters, water heaters, etc.) will be shipped common carrier. Please make sure you have the ability to receive freight or provide us with special instructions for shipping. You will be given the option to request special instructions for the receipt of goods during checkout.
The driver is responsible only for getting the product to the end of the truck. You will be responsible for getting the product off of the truck. You will be given an option to Add A Lift Gate to your order. This is highly recommended if you do not have the ability to receive freight via a loading dock.

Refund and Exchange Policy: To determine if your purchase is eligible for return or exchange call us at 207-401-4032. If eligible for return or exchange you will be provided with a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, which will be valid for 14 days from the date of issue. The valid RGA number must be included with the return or exchange to ensure proper credit. We are not responsible for items returned without a valid RGA number. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in as new condition, in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals and any literature that was included with the item(s). All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and you may be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Damaged Freight: It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt for damages incurred during shipment. If you find that you have received damaged goods you must contact the carrier within 3 DAYS of the date of delivery to initiate the damaged goods claim process.
Inspection of Goods: Upon receipt of goods it is your responsibility to verify that all items received match the items you ordered. Shipping errors may occur, and it is your responsibility to verify the goods received are correct. If you find you have received an incorrect item refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy. HiTech Heat will not be held responsible for any damages, lost time, installation of parts, or faulty systems due to the installation of correct or incorrect goods received.
